GFBC, the Wood Industry Group in Cameroon, is a sectoral employers' organization, whose members represent approximately 75% of the volume of business carried out in this sector in Cameroon.

GFBC (Groupement de la Filière Bois au Cameroun)
The main missions of the GFBC revolve around the following points:
- Represent its members before any administration or jurisdiction with a view to exercising in defense the rights inherent in the collective interest of the profession or its members;
- Establish or disseminate information through the publication of bulletins and publications of interest to the profession, both in terms of laws and regulations governing activities and in terms of the organization and implementation of the sector;
- Establish and enforce a professional code of ethics;
- Carry out or have studies carried out on economic and social problems of interest to the profession;
- Contribute to the promotion of products marketed by its members, through exhibitions, fairs, announcements and publications; In general, represent companies in the wood industry wherever it is useful.
